Self-Care Week starts with Reading

Working from home has its benefits sometimes. I was able to get outside this morning to enjoy the sunshine before my first client and dig into my new book! If you haven’t read Finish by Jon Acuff I recommend it too but his new one “Soundtracks” is even better so far. This one is all about turning down the volume on the thoughts that don’t create the results you want. It’s also just as important to turn up the volume on the ones that do work for you. I’ve also heard that the audio version is amazing if that’s more your style :). For self-care week I wanted to show you that I try to take time every day to read, even if it’s just 10 minutes.
